What Will It Cost To Service My Hot Tub?
i) Costs:

Our service prices listed are fixed prices which include travel up to 40 miles each way from our BH8 base.

However after an 80 mile round trip there's an additional £1 per mile travel charge added to the service price.

ii) Repair Area:

Services are generally conducted within Dorset, Hampshire, and Wiltshire.

The standard service area typically extends up to a 100-mile max round trip, with some exceptions available upon discussion.
iii) Additional Labour Rate:

Any additional labour on top of our fixed service prices is set at £65 per hour + VAT. As an example your spa has a failing motor and you require us to replace it before finishing our service, the amount of work required is unlikely to fall within the service time.

Labour is rounded up to the nearest 15 minutes.

We will include labour in the full service price where possible, such as fixing minor leaks, replacing seals, this is at the discretion of the engineer on site and we will always attempt to be favouriable to the customer where time allows.
