Deposit Requirement and Important Considerations.
A £200 deposit is required to secure your spa move appointment, ensuring we allocate the necessary time and resources for your service. Please be aware that we depend on the customer to provide accurate information regarding access points, dimensions, and potential obstacles, as we do not conduct site visits. If the spa cannot be moved due to incorrect information or unforeseen customer oversights (e.g, narrow access, tight turns, or terrain challenges), the deposit is non-refundable, and payment in full will still be expected. This policy reflects the preparation, time, and resources committed to your scheduled service. To prevent any issues, we strongly advise customers to measure all access points and verify clearances before booking the spa move.
