As a rule we don't repair inflatable spas. We do however offer refresh services on them as part of maintaining them.
What Will It Cost Me To Repair My Hot Tub?
i) Call Out Charge and Mileage:

Standard Callout Fee: £95 + VAT

Comprises 1 hour of diagnosis/labour, free of charge.

Encompasses travel to and from the customer.

In the event of lacking necessary parts, subsequent travel is also covered.

Additional Mileage Charge: £1 per mile + VAT beyond a 50-mile round trip from BH8, Bournemouth.

This fee will be applied to any additional visits.

Repairs are generally only conducted within Dorset, Hampshire, and Wiltshire.

The standard service area typically extends up to a 100-mile max round trip, with exceptions available upon discussion.
iii) Labour Rate:

Labour Rate: £65 per hour + VAT

Charges are rounded to the nearest quarter-hour after the initial call out fee + free first hour of labour.
